Course Overview

What Does the Quran Ijazah Programme Cover?

The Quran Ijazah Programme takes serious students beyond basic Tajweed into scholar-tested recitation. Students recite the entire Quran, either from memory or Mushaf, while an Azhari tutor corrects every Makharij error and pronunciation deviation until nothing is left uncorrected.

Falaq Irish Quran Academy structures the Quran Ijazah Programme for advanced learners of any age, delivering instruction entirely in clear English. Sessions accommodate students across Dublin, Cork, Galway, and nationwide, fitting seamlessly around busy schedules.

Course Outcomes

What Do Students Achieve After Certification?

Completing the Quran Ijazah Programme builds measurable recitation precision, documented scholarly lineage, and the authority to teach Quran with confidence, grounded in verified Islamic transmission rather than general fluency.

Students Recite the Quran with Verified Accuracy

Learners complete full Quran recitation with zero uncorrected Tajweed errors, held to the same standard their own tutors were trained under during years of Azhari study.

Falaq Irish Quran Academy’s tutors document every session, tracking recurring mistakes so students correct patterns rather than isolated errors before their final assessment.

Learners Receive Documented Sanad to the Prophet

Students obtain written certification listing their tutor’s full chain of transmission, tracing recitation authority back through generations of Al-Azhar scholars to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) directly.

This documentation is verified and issued only after Falaq Irish Quran Academy’s tutors confirm complete, error-free recitation across the entire assessed portion of the Quran.

Advanced Students Master Applied Tajweed Rules

Students stop reciting rules in isolation and instead apply Idgham, Qalqalah, Iqlab, and Madd correctly inside full Surahs without pausing to recall the underlying rule.

Tutors at Falaq Irish Quran Academy stop students mid-Ayah to identify missed rules, building recognition speed that becomes automatic well before final certification.

Graduates Gain Authority to Teach the Quran

Many students pursue the Quran Ijazah Programme specifically to teach afterward, and certification confirms they can explain why each Tajweed rule applies, not just recite correctly.

Falaq Irish Quran Academy models the teaching process throughout training, so graduates leave able to correct others with the same patience they received.

Students Build Mental Stamina for Full Recitation

Reciting for forty-five minutes without error demands sustained focus most students underestimate before their tutor simulates real test conditions months in advance.

Falaq Irish Quran Academy reviews these simulated sessions afterward, reducing test-day panic before the student’s final Ijazah assessment with a certified Sheikh.

" The lessons are going really well, Alhamdulillah. I think a suggestion that I already shared with the teacher and is already being actioned is small exercises to solidify learnings from each session. The teacher has now started giving me some exercises so all good"

Curriculum Overview

How Is the Ijazah Curriculum Structured?

Falaq Irish Quran Academy's curriculum moves students through four connected stages, testing memorization, Tajweed application, Sanad documentation, and final scholar assessment before any certificate is issued.

1. Students Perfect Makharij Before Ijazah Testing Begins

Phonetic articulation points and accurate letter exits are thoroughly examined and perfected through direct one-on-one supervision by certified Al-Azhar tutors, ensuring every single foundational sound meets strict traditional recitation standards before learners advance to continuous Quranic passages and formal evaluation milestones.

2. Applying Tajweed Rules Across Full Quranic Passages

Theoretical rules integrate seamlessly into continuous recitation as students practice complex vocal dynamics, proper pausing, and flawless rule execution across full Surahs without hesitation, building the mechanical fluency required to maintain absolute precision during extended testing sessions and daily recitation practice.

3. Sanad Documentation Links Students to the Prophet

Qualified scholars meticulously record and authenticate the unbroken chain of authorized transmission, verifying that every graduate's certified lineage traces back accurately through generations of respected Islamic authorities directly to Prophet Muhammad, establishing undeniable scholarly credibility for their future teaching endeavors.

4. Final Recitation Assessment Before Certified Sheikh

The senior Sheikh evaluates the entire Quran under rigorous testing conditions, listening closely for hidden mistakes and mental stamina breakdown to grant formal validation, confirming that the candidate is fully qualified to receive the official Ijazah certificate with complete confidence.
